Motor bearings shall be regularly filled with high-temperature resistant grease (350°C temperature resistance grade is recommended). Replenish or replace the grease according to the equipment operating hours or the manufacturer’s recommended cycle. When refilling, ensure the old grease is squeezed out from the oil drain port, and avoid mixing greases of different models.

 

 

Stop the machine regularly to check whether all fixing bolts on the motor base are loose, and retighten them with a torque wrench in accordance with the specified torque. Ensure the motor mounting base is flat without suspension, so as to prevent displacement caused by vibration during operation.

 

 

Regularly check the alignment of the coupling between the motor and the driven equipment. Measure radial and axial deviation with a dial indicator or laser aligner to ensure the alignment accuracy meets equipment requirements. Realign promptly if misalignment is found, to prevent vibration and equipment damage caused by poor alignment.
